What’s an active employee?

An active employee is any employee that gets paid within a calendar month. If you don’t pay an employee, you can still keep them within the system, but won’t get charged.

Do you have an example?

Sure. Say you have a business that has 10 employees, 4 of which are permanent, 6 of which are casual.
During the month of March, you pay all 4 permanent employees and 3 of your casual employees. That means of your total 10 employees, you paid 7 this month so you’ll be charged $28.

 

All pricing is in Australian Dollars and is inclusive of GST

 SMS payslip notification is optional and can be disabled in your business settings. SMS messages will incur an additional charge of $0.15 per message sent.
