Employee Self Service was one of the very first features released in KeyPay to create a seamless connection between the employee and the payroll administrator. This is one of our most popular features of KeyPay to date.
The world advances more and more to mobile every day and real time information becomes critical to the payroll process. With this in mind, we have created a native iOS and Android app from the ground up, to give employees the traditional Employee Self Service functions with a sleek user experience on their smartphone.
We believe all employees will love the user experience, and on-site workers will now have an easy option to enter timesheets and leave requests while not in front of a PC.
Introducing……
Here is an overview of what functions WorkZone currently performs on the iOS and Android device:
The dashboard provides a quick view of current payslip, upcoming shifts, timesheets and leave
The My Profile screen lets you quickly access payslips, payment summaries, your contact details, bank accounts, pay slips and more
The My Details screen lets you view the information associated with your employee record. Planned future versions of WorkZone will allow you to be able to edit these details directly from the app.
The upcoming shifts screen shows you the rostered shifts which have been published, including start and finish times and the location. You also get a handy in app notification when new rostered shifts are assigned to you.
Request leave right from the phone while you sit at the travel agents! Even attach a supporting document just by using your Smartphone’s camera.
Enter timesheets from anywhere you are. You can pre fill multiple days at a time with the same timesheet data. This feature is currently only available for iOS and will be released for Android in coming weeks
