1. DEFINITIONS

Billing Cycle Is the cycle of billing determined by your start date.

Service Is the software made available by Webscale Pty Ltd via any of our Websites. Any new features added to or augmenting the Service are also subject to this Refund Policy.

Subscription Fee Is the monthly fee (including any taxes, levies and duties) payable by You in accordance with the fee schedule set out on the Website (which Webscale Pty Ltd may change from time to time, notifying You).

Webscale Is Webscale Pty Ltd, the company that owns the Service. It can also be referred to as The Company.

Website Is the Internet site with any domain managed and operated by Webscale Pty Ltd.

You Means your company, and includes You, your employees, consultants, representatives and agents. You may also be referred as Users.

2. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Webscale provides a 100% money back guarantee for all its Services. If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with our Service, we will refund your pay run fees charged for your last pay run.

This refund policy does not extend to SMS services used for notifications.

3. OVERCHARGE

If at any stage you are overcharged for Services provided by Webscale, once we have established the overcharge amount, a credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.

4. CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITH WEBSCALE

If you wish to cancel your account at any time, simply click My account in the top right corner and then click the Cancel my account link. Follow the instructions and your account will be cancelled immediately.
