Q: What countries can KeyPay process payruns for?

A: Currently KeyPay is only available to process payruns for Australia

 

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of employees I can use KeyPay for?

A: No, KeyPay is available for any number of employees. KeyPay customers range from sole traders to businesses with over 3000 employees.

 

Q: What accounting packages do you integrate with?

A: Currently we have direct integration support for QuickBooks Online, Saasu and Xero. We also allow you to define a custom chart of accounts which allows you to download journal entries as a CSV or PDF file for exporting into other accounting systems

 

Q: Are there any additional costs to processing automated super payments?

A: Quarterly automated super payments are available to all users and are included in your subscription costs. Additional super payments are charged at $0.25 per employee per batch.

    Can I expect in the short term, that keypay might process payruns for other countries? At least, without integration with external entities, just to keep track of the recurrent process.

      Hi Guillermo,

      At this stage KeyPay is designed only for Australian payroll and there are not plans for short term international payroll. If there is any change to this, we’ll be sure to be in touch.
